Anniversary with kadó and Yorck-cinemas: 20 years!

 ... and that’s something to celebrate, dear licorice and movie lovers! That’s why we’ve come up with some little surprises together to mark this anniversary.

From September 3 to 30, a short 30-second licorice story will be shown during the advertisements before every movie at every Yorck cinema.

For 20 years, 15 movie theaters from the Yorck Group & kadó have been treating you to licorice while you watch a movie—black and delicious!
In addition to our ever-popular sweet and salty licorice bags, we’re introducing a new “Vegan Anniversary Licorice Mix” to celebrate this event. The three kadó starlets, freshly wrapped in cellulose, greet you from the cinema foyer and are waiting to be discovered by you, the cinema-goers. Completely plastic-free, they promise sweet, salty or vegan options – or a mix of both – in the new cinema liquorice design.
