Sweet-bitter liquorice mix

Mix of sweet-bitter liquorice with natural flavour
The sweet and tart liquorice mixture reflects southern European liquorice preferences. Liquorice smells of violets, honey, cinnamon, citrus, elderberry, ginger, mint and honey. The use of natural flavours and gum arabic as high-quality ingredients requires a delicate touch. Family businesses still exist here. As different as the recipes are, they have one thing in common: the addition of ‘salt? No, that only spoils the taste!
