To introduce you to the taste diversity of liquorice & wine, kadó is organising a tasting evening together with Château Calissanne to which we would like to cordially invite you. Starting with liquorice and raw liquorice, we will show you the culinary touch that liquorice powder can give to food as a spice. Olive oils and wines from the house of Calissanne will be served - all from their own cultivation. The small culinary delicacies will be accompanied by an entertaining lecture. Participation costs 35€ per person.
An enjoyable evening with a maximum of 24 guests, to which we look forward to welcoming you.
In addition to sweet and savoury liquorice samples, you will taste small delicacies from the liquorice kitchen. For example:
- Beetroot, goat's cheese with liquorice chutney.
- Liquorice pasta with tomato and Parmesan cheese
- Raspberry liquorice caramel & liquorice nougat
The next event will take place on 10.11.2023 at 6 pm at Chateau Calissanne. There are only a few places to book.
The joint tastings of kado and Calissanne will take place in January and November. As soon as the new date is fixed, we will activate the registration here.
